Pearlescent Paper by Mitsubishi Grace. This new paper is archival and mimics the look of the Kodak Metallic or Fuji Pearlescent paper with a glossy surface, colors that “pop” and a silvery iridescent look.

The good news is that, using this new paper, we are able to offer new, larger sizes of metallic prints.

We are very pleased to be one of the first labs in the US to be offering this paper surface which was just released to the trade late March. The Pearlescent prints can be found under the Metallic tab within ROES.

Things to Keep in Mind

Directories, Directories, Directories:

We will use the directories that you create as a template for how to host your images.

For example, if you have a wedding, it's a good idea to break it into sections such as the rehearsal, ceremony, reception, etc.

If you are using sections however, make absolutely sure that your directories that you use with Lake Effect, and those that you use to upload your thumbnails to MorePhotos match. If your directories don't match, you may receive a preturbed phone call.

What's in a name?

A file name, to be exact. Make sure that you don't rename any of your files in between uploading them to Lake Effect and MorePhotos. If you do, you'll be getting one of those preturbed phone calls. Maintaining your file names helps us find your photos - so that we can get your orders out as quickly as possible!
